Assistant Finance Manager

• Prepare and present financial reports, statements, and analyses.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Ensure adherence to tax regulations and corporate policies.
• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff.
• Provide training and support to the finance team.
• Support senior management in strategic planning and financial decision-making.
• Participate in financial planning and strategy sessions.
• Any ad hoc task assigned by superior.

Your Role:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications like CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as UBS accounting, Sage accounting, QuickBooks, MYSQL.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
