Assistant Finance Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Abide all other necessary controls and processes to ensure that legal and financial requirements and regulations are complied with.
• Ensure that monthly reporting materials are completed, reconciled and submitted timely on monthly basis.
• Assist in conducting financial analysis to support business initiatives, investment opportunities, and cost-saving measures.
• Preparing cash flow forecasts and cash flow monitoring.
• Review the reasonableness of monthly financial analysis.
• Preparation for consolidation of Group accounts.
• Support and undertake ad hoc tasks or assignments as required from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., CPA, MIA) would be added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial software/systems.
• Experience in audit and manufacturing industry would be added advantage.
• Experience in consolidation/forecast and budgeting.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in financial management or a related role.
• Ability to plan and priorities work with time management skills.
• Ability to communicate and lead the team to support the business with positive attitude.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self- resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month

• People Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Finance: 1 year (Preferred)
