Job Description

• Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) : In charge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare financial reports, statements, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial Control : Help in maintaining financial controls and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Cash Flow Management : Monitor cash flow, analyze variances, and propose strategies for optimizing cash utilization.
• Cost Management : Assist in analyzing costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing cost control measures.
• Financial Systems Management : Support the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software.
• Audit Support : Assist in audit preparations and liaise with auditors during financial audits.
• Ad Hoc Analysis : Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Team Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as accounting, sales, and operations to gather financial data and insights.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
• Good command of the English language; Mandarin proficiency is an added bonus.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting roles.
• Audit experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
• Familiarity with MySQL is advantageous.
• Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Experience in monitoring cash flow, analyzing variances, and proposing optimization strategies.
• Knowledge of cost analysis and cost-saving strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
• Experience in audit preparations and liaising with auditors during financial audits.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on own initiative.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, interpersonal, and client servicing skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and reporting.
• Meticulous with good organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
