Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant HR Manager (Payroll) - with Growth Opportunities

We are looking to hire a reliable Assistant HR Manager (Payroll) to join our amazing team at Esthetics International Group Berhad in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervises the monthly payroll process for the Group, overseeing Regional countries to ensure accuracy and timeliness;
  • Directs and ensure adhere to all local government statutory requirements in Malaysia, meeting deadlines and staying abreast of current legislation. Supervises and handles all correspondences with Government statutory bodies.
  • Oversees benefit administration, HR document filing and HRMS management.
  • Supports in preparing all HR analytics and forecasting reports pertaining to talent management, compensation and benefits planning.
  • Supervises and handles all staff enquiries pertaining to HR policies and procedures and brings to Superior’s attention any areas of concern for necessary updates or revision. 
  • Collaborates with fellow HR members on annual HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Retail/ Beauty /Cosmetics/ FMCG industry is an added advantage.
  • Must be competent in Microsoft Excel at Advance Level
  • Good knowledge of employment laws and best HR practices.  Maintains up to date knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions.
  • Good in writing and speaking in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Good interpersonal skills with high integrity to handle confidential matters.
