Assistant Key Account Manager - Competitive Pay

ACCOUNTABILITY & OBJECTIVE

Responsible for achieving sales & marketing objectives as determined in conjunction with the company’s goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as a liaison / key contact person between BOH and the appointed Distributor Sales Team for the assigned customers. Reporting to National Key Account Manager.
• Work Hand-in-Hand with the respective chain Sales Team on day to day promotional execution and progress enquiries towards successful promotional plans.
• Communicating with Trade Marketing on the print design for mailer, POP, social support (ATL). Ensure to meet the customer’s dateline.
• To obtain strategic display space and locations for all product categories with the assigned accounts.
• Responsible for the right product planogram for the assigned outlets.
• To regularly review category performance versus plan with the assigned accounts.
• Conduct independent and sales personnel field visits to review display, pricing, and promotional activities and to recommend action plans where appropriate.
• To keep up to date on competitive activity and changing trends 
• Identify opportunities and improving the weaknesses and make proposals for better value and increase operational efficiency.
• Continuously research and retain knowledge of industry trends and competition.
• To track trade spending and cost elements expenses within the allocated budget.
• Business review with the assigned customers and identify the FY Promo plan.
• Initial and responsible for a “Special Assignment” each year.
