With a dedicated, high-performing team, they have achieved significant growth despite difficult market conditions and with expansion, looking for a key account talent to join their team and grow together.

Job Description

• Manage key account customers, analyze strategies, performance metrics, and competitor activities to determine new growth opportunities
• Create detailed business plan, and join business plans with retailers
• Develop and assess customer and brand activation initiatives
• Select appropriate product range, promotional plans, and shopper activation plans tailored for each channels or accounts.
• Monitor and assess performances of accounts and evaluate the effectiveness of trade investments

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or relevant fields
• At least 3 years of key account management experiences (Pharmacy channel will be an added advantage)
• Communicate, present, and negotiate well
• Able to work independently, quick to learn, and possesses positive attitude towards learning and contributing
• Strong teamwork and follow up skills to execute plans well
