Assistant Manager, Accounting

• Review and finalize accounts prepared by executives before client delivery
  
• Present finalized accounts and reports directly to external clients/stakeholders
  
• Supervise and mentor a team of accounting executives
  
• Manage client relationships and resolve escalated issues
  
• Support the Manager in workflow planning and quality control
  
• Handle clients in the construction industry where applicable
  

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; part/full professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/MIA) preferred
  
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience, ideally in an accounting firm or shared services environment
  
• Experience with clients in the construction industry is an advantage
  
• Confident and articulate — able to finalize and present accounts to external clients/stakeholders
  
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
  
• Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills
