Company Background:

We are representing our client; a recruiting agency to look for potential candidate to fill the role as Assistant Manager - Accounting & Finance

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts
  • Manage daily transaction, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliation
  • Assist in preparing budgeting reports, forecast and cashflow projections
  • Assist in managing month-end and year-end closing
  • Organize financial data into usable information and maintain updated records
  • Track the progress of financial and accounting objective
  • Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
  • Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent, Company secretaries, Bankers and government authorities when required
  • Ensuring all AP & AR are processed timely and accurately
  • Prepare stock aging report
  • Liaise with internal department when required
  • Able to do an analytical review and work independently
  • Perform other ad hoc assignment when required 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or any related fields
  • Min 4-5 years of working experience in preparing full set of accounts
  • Good communications skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong knowledge of SST and Income Tax
  • Familiar with UBS System
  • Ability to join immediately would be an added advantage

 

Job Details:

  • Permanent employment
  • Working hours : Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
