ASSISTANT MANAGER, ADVERTISING & BRANDING (PAVILION BUKIT JALIL MALL)

Brand Management (Marketing & Communications)

• Plan, develop and execute advertising and branding campaigns to position the mall as a premier shopping destination and to uphold and enhance the company’s corporate image and brand value.
• Strategize the advertising and branding directions of the mall to achieve the objectives of the annual marketing plan. 
• Assist in budget development and expenses monitoring of each marketing campaign.
• Work closely with the media and creative agencies to ensure effective and efficient media and creative strategies.
• Have an in-depth understanding of the local shoppers and tourist and their media consumption habits to help create maximum impact with the target audience. 
• Manage and execute all Above-the-line (ATL) and Below-the-line (BTL) campaigns across traditional and digital marketing platforms. 
• Lead and manage the Advertising and Graphic Design team
• Work closely with the Events & Promotions, Public Relations and Visual Merchandising Managers to ensure the mall marketing standards are met.

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 3 – 5 years of related work experience
• Exceptional writing, editing, oral communication and presentation skills
• Excellent people, networking, diplomacy and public speaking skills
• Strong attention to detail, deadline focused and ability to prioritise and execute multiple tasks
• High adaptability, spontaneity and flexibility in dealing with changes of plans or circumstances
