Responsibilities:-
- Responsible to boost tenants’ sales and drive shoppers’ traffic by conceptualizing, planning and implementing all marketing strategies including advertising and promotional campaigns.
- Responsible for formulating annual marketing plan and generate desired revenue from leasing of advertising and promotional spaces available in all malls.
- Manage budget planning and ensure that expenses are kept within the approved limit.
- Uphold the shopping malls’ branding positioning and image as well as sustaining tenants’ loyalty via various advertising and promotions strategies.
- Responsible for visual merchandising directions of all in-house events, promotions and displays.
- Study market trends and perform marketing competitive review and analysis.
- Establish and maintain good relationship with media, event organizers, government agencies and tenants.
- Liaise with tenants, partners and suppliers to develop joint business plan and promotions.
- Develop relationship with tenants to secure their commitments to the mall so that cross promotions can be effected.
- Strategize media space marketing and cultivate positive relationship with media and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
- Source for potential business partners and establish good working relationship with existing partners.
- Create sponsorship opportunities and alliance with partners to build effective marketing programs.
- Handle atrium promotions and leasing of atrium & advertising space and casual leasing for kiosks.
- Any other tasks to be assigned and general administration from time to time.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management/Mass Communications/Advertising/Tourism/Marketing or its equivalent.
- Minimum 6 years working experience in event management and promotion activities, preferably in a shopping mall.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal and supervision skills and is able to communicate with all levels.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
