Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Manager, Business Development - Start Now

We are in search of an enthusiastic Assistant Manager, Business Development to join our elite team at Sunsuria Berhad in Kota Damansara, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities:

Project FS/Budgeting

  • Evaluation of multiple design options to identify the most cost-effective option that makes a project technically feasible and profitable. (Conceptualization)
  • Coordinate and assist management and project team to define project budget or business plan preparation. (Project Budgeting)
  • Assist management to keep track and evaluate actual results against approved budgets, revise project budget when necessary. (Budget review and control)
  • Cost analysis and compile data for reference. (Cost analysis & Cost data)

Land Banking 

  • Evaluation and analysis of potential lands for investment decision. 
  • Liaise with owner or agent on land particulars.
  • Liaise with valuer on land valuation or indicative price.
  • Liaise with project team if design/technical proposal required.
  • Liaise with legal department if NDA/MOU/LO required.
  • Arrange for site visit if required.
  • Market research and analysis
  • Check local authority requirement, i.e. RT zoning, plot ratio, low cost, carpark etc.
  • Prepare financial feasibility studies to management for decision.
  • Prepare proposal if required.
  • Prepare tender submission if required.
  • Coordination & Filing

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil and Structural, Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building or related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in property development or construction Industry.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese is a must).
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities for maximum delivery result.
  • Strong analytical skill and detail oriented.
  • High standards of constructions work in implementing CONQUAS, QLASSIC etc.
  • Able to build effective and long-standing partnership across with relevant stakeholders.
