JOB DESCRIPTION:

The incumbent is overall responsible for management and execution of telemarketing campaigns. Work closely with business partners/ team to meet agreed performance and financial target.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Key liaison to manage third party call centre including handling customer complaints, operational issues.


• Monitor and review key campaign metrics and ensure campaign successfully meet financial targets.


• Analyze campaign results and provide recommendation to improve campaign performance.


• Proactively working with our business partner to monitor delivery, regularly optimize campaigns and identifying development opportunities to maximise the value of data assets.


• Develop innovative and marketable products suitable for each campaign including cross-selling activities


• Ensuring campaigns are conceptualized, delivered, and approved to internal and external stakeholder's satisfaction on time.


• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.


• Timely update and communication on performance report to all stakeholders.


• Support the Immediate Supervisor to lead and motivate Banca Team to achieve growth, profitability, and retention target


• Undertake assignment/ tasks as assigned by Management HOD & Immediate Supervisor


• Comply with guidelines set by company and regulatory bodies e.g. PIAM, BNM

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Candidate should possess a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field.


• At least 4 years of working experience in telemarketing field.


• Reliable team player, able to work with cross-functional teams/stakeholders under fast-paced ▪ environment.


• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders - experience in a matrixed, high growth company will be valued.
