JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and execute strategic PR and branding strategies of the Group that align with the Company's business goals and objectives.
- Manage the corporate image and reputation of the Group; and enhance the Company exposure and brand awareness.
- Coordinate the Group's stakeholder management.
- Manage and coordinate media/press initiatives and opportunities, including developing a media plan.
- Manage communication during crisis.
- Monitor and analyze PR and branding performance metrics.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism or similar related field.
- Candidate must have at least 3-5 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, PR and CSR, with ability to develop and execute sustainability and PR initiatives.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations related to sustainability.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in PR, branding and stakeholders management.
- Advanced interpersonal and people management skills (personable).
- Experience in crisis management.

- Excellent strategic and analytical thinking skills.
- IT knowledge and computer skills especially digital forms of communication and social media.
