Job Summary: Responsible to develop, measure, evaluate and report organisational performance across the organisation including Corporate Balance Scorecard and Divisional Balance Scorecard; overall responsibility for the corporate and operational performance dashboard.

Job Responsibility:

1. Develop the Corporate strategy map, scorecard and performance indicators to support achievement of corporate goals and ensure actions drive results.

2. Assist in cascading of the Corporate strategy map, scorecard, and performance indicators to C-1 levels to ensure the achievement of Corporate Scorecards are supported corporate wide.

3. Responsible for gathering, validating, and analysing performance information relating to corporate plans/strategies, key policies and standards.

4. Implement and monitor processes for tracking and reporting progress of the corporate and divisional scorecards.

5. Responsible to ensure the tracking mechanism and reporting of strategic initiatives and tactical initiatives are done in an appropriate manner and timely.

6. Consolidate relevant data, information and updates across the Corporation in preparing the PCEO Report to the Board on bi-monthly basis.

7. Support other business strategy related tasks which include end-to-end strategy development cycle, special projects and financial modelling.

Job Requirement:

Qualification : At least Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, a professional accounting qualification is preferred

Experience : Minimum 5 years related experience in similar capacity Knowledge : Performance Management, Management Consulting, Business Analysis, Strategic Planning and Financial Analysis

Skill/Competencies : Financial modelling; research skills; and strong communication skills, both orally and written

Others : Writing, research and presentation skills; analytical thinking and detailed-oriented; business and financial acumen
