The support includes the business improvement initiatives and streamline the process and functions for manual products (CGB).

• Provide active involvement and support process improvement initiatives to streamline business requirements, resulting in enhanced operational efficiency and data integrity.
• Handle, accountable and ensure the data accuracy for manual products that includes the contribution, claims and other related information.
• Involve in documenting business requirements and prepare a detailed Functional Specification Document (FSD) outlining the features, functionality, and data sources required for GPAS system implementation.
• Other ad-hoc/regulatory activities deemed necessary to support Finance functions
