Job Description:

 

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Senior Executive / Executive Sales Administration and Credit Control to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting the sales department's operations and ensuring effective credit control management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to manage credit processes efficiently.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle daily Sales Administration & Credit Control activities up to the delivery of vacant possession, sub-sales and MOT/strata title matters.
  • Follow up and coordinate with the Project Team in relation to prompt issuance of Architect Certification and utilities application, Sales Team for purchaser files matters as well as Finance team for cash flow, billing and collection matters.
  • Ensure that the correct procedures and timely processing of documents are carried out on matters pertaining to Sale and Purchase Agreement, loan documentation, sub-sales, billings, collections, vacant possession and other related works including late payment interest, water & electricity deposit, all required statutory reports/listings to local Authorities are prepared & submitted in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Responsible to liaise with purchasers, financial institutions, solicitors and other related parties to ensure proper documentation and early loan releases.
  • To prepare all the relevant reports as required by the management.
  • Ensure proper filling system and information posted in the IFCA system are up-to-date.
  • Any other ad hoc task assigned by the Management.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking; Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years working experiences in Credit Administration/Control in Property Development Industry.
  • Well verse with whole credit admin flow and procedure especially in property industry.
  • Knowledge in IFCA system and other regulatory act are required.
  • Proficient in MS Office software (particularly Microsoft Excel) and good written skill in English
  • Responsible, independent, positive working attitude and able to work in team.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
