Job Description

Job Summary

• Financial simulations of business proposals, to meet month end accounting closing deadlines and reporting of financial results to highlight areas for actions/improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Finance/ Accounting.
• 5-8 years working experience in preparing financial reports, analysis and financial simulations.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Experience in Manufacturing Finance is an advantage.

Required knowledge

• Knowledge of SAP and professional qualification is an advantage
• Computer literate with advance skills in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, formulas and graphs to consolidate large amount of data into reports and analysis.

Job Descriptions

· Simulation and Analysis

Perform financial simulation on business plans and proposals from stakeholders. Recommends financial actions/options for Management’s review and decisions.

· Product Cost

Simulate product cost with various scenarios/request from stakeholders for review and decision making.

· Accounting

Meet monthly closing and reporting deadlines, preparations of journal vouchers and month end accruals and provisions, reconciliation of account to its subsidiary record such as the inter-co accounts and follow up action on these long outstanding matters.

· Financial Reporting

Preparation, compilation and consolidation of all financial reports, analysis of variances with commentaries for management review and action.
