Assistant Manager - Finance (Property Developer) - Innovative Company

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Supervise a team of accounting & finance staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reports.
• Handle accounting and/or financing related matters including financial planning and projection or forecast to support management decision.
• Prepare cash flow projections to achieve a clear understanding on the cash flow position of the company to ensure that the company’s commitments are met.
• Assist and provide financial guidance in formulation and implementation of company's strategic plan, budget and target.
• Maintain accurate & timely financial and operating information and provide analysis, interpretations and projection.
• Follow up on capital expenditures to ensure keeping in line with original justification and approval.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, IRBM, RMC, bankers, lawyers and other relevant regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory, regulatory and join-venture partners reporting requirements.
• To prepare loan papers and assist with related issues and loan documentations.
• Undertake other related job duties as directed by the Head of Department from time to time.

 JOB REQUIREMENT

• At least a Degree in Accountancy/Finance; professional qualification is an added advantage.
• 5-6 years of working experience in Accounting/Finance or related field 
• Experienced in handling full set of accounts; Working experience with Property Developer will be an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge on tax matters, and good understanding on compliance
• Good in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent in written and spoken English.
• Organized and meticulous.
• Proactive, able to work independently, a dynamic and team player with initiative.
