Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Manager - Finance - Rapid Progression

We are eager to add a proactive Assistant Manager - Finance to join our multidisciplinary team at Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn Bhd (LITRAK) in Bandar Sunway, Selangor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the compliance to accounting (MASB/FRS), Tax, Companies Act Standards guidelines / provisions.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness & timeliness of monthly financial statements including consolidates accounts, management accounts, preparing papers & reports and review of journal entries (BOARD, EXCO, Quarterly & Annual Report, etc)
  • Leading in preparation of Annual Group budgets and plans including preparation of projected financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Cash Flow) for corporate exercises, fund rising, rating review exercise & etc.
  • Assist and involve in monitoring & administering the Fund Management for the Group by identifying impact of the high-risk variables in short, medium and long term.
  • Leading in financial audit and accurate tax planning by adhering to all tax requirements and policies for periodic reporting, accounts, reconciliation & internal/external reports.
  • Ensure the compliance of existing policies and procedures as well as Quality Standards and 5S
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior/HOD from time to time.

Requirements

  • Minimum degree in related studies (Accountancy/Finance/Banking) with qualifications of MIA.
  • Minimum of 7 years of working experience in Finance or Operations
  • Excellent computer proficiency (Advanced Excel, Words & Powerpoint) and report writing.
  • Excellent in financial and management accounting knowledge, good leadership, interpersonal skills and communications.
  • Ability to handle multi-tasking functions, honesty, resourceful and good team player.
  • Ability to work independently and has an effective planning & time management skills.
