Assistant Manager - Food Production - Urgent Position

Job Descriptions 

1. Train, develop, motivate and ensure good manufacturing practices and discipline for all workers to upgrade their skills and performance (Punctuality, hygienic practices etc).
2. Ensure processes are running in accordance with stipulated specifications.
3. Monitor production plans and ensure all process and production plan are adhere smooth to meet schedule.
4. Improve on production productivity, machine utilization, yield and cost improvement.
5. Assist in new product, process and equipment introduction to production line.
6. Responsible for trouble shooting and problem solving of any production issues due to product processes and deviation.
7. Respond effectively and timely to all customer complaints, enquiries and needs.
8. Control of safety and housekeeping of the production area to ensure clean and safe working environment.
9. Report to immediate superior regarding abnormalities or exceptional incidents or events.
10. Perform the duty of his / her immediate superior during their absence or being designated.

Job Requirements 

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in the related field (manufacturing/production operation or equivalent).
3. Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
