We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Manager / Front Desk Executive to join our team at Lova Wellness Sdn. Bhd.. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service who experts at using modern technology and communication tools to foster client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver aesthetic or beauty consultation whenever required
Client Engagement and Social Media Management:
- Proactively follow up on leads from social media platforms including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and our website to enhance service reach and client engagement.
- Design and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our business goals, researching current trends and audience preferences to optimize our social media presence.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news) to maintain a vibrant online community.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly, and manage customer reviews to foster positive relationships and a strong community around our brand.
- Oversee the design aspects of our social media accounts (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layouts) to ensure a cohesive and attractive digital presence.
- Suggest and implement new features like promotions and competitions to develop brand awareness and customer engagement.
Payment and Transaction Management:- Manage and become well-acquainted with various payment systems to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes for our clients.
Customer Relationship Management:- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring they feel welcomed and valued throughout their interactions with our business.
Requirements:- Age ranging from 28 to 40 years old
- Experience in aesthetic industry is an added advantage
- Strong proficiency in using social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
