Management Reporting: Prepare management reports and presentation materials, providing hiring updates, recruitment insights, and recommendations to support decision-making.

TA Project Management: Coordinate Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects, track progress, follow up on action items, and provide regular implementation updates.

Recruitment Insights & Business Support: Analyse hiring trends, conduct recruitment reviews, provide hiring updates, and recommend improvements to enhance recruitment performance.
