Assistant Manager - Graphic Design & Multimedia

Job Summary

As an Assistant Manager in Graphic Design & Multimedia at Gamuda Berhad. this role is to support Gamuda Regional Group and its associated companies/projects with creative design and multimedia work for both internal and external communications.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive the adoption of AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies to enhance design efficiency, innovation and multimedia content development within the team.


2. Assist the Integrated Design Manager in leading and coordinating creative production, including photography, videography, multimedia production, animation, video editing and graphic design to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.


3. Conceptualise and develop creative direction for internal and external marketing and communication materials, including but not limited to posters, brochures, advertisements, banners, corporate templates and digital assets across various online and offline platforms.


4. Ensure all design outputs align with the organisation’s corporate identity and brand guidelines, maintaining consistency, quality and visual integrity across all communication materials.


5. Coordinate and manage production workflows with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.


6. Oversee and maintain the organisation’s creative assets and design repository, while providing guidance to team members to ensure efficient asset management and consistent, high-quality creative outputs.

Qualifications

Degree in Graphic Design, Creative Multimedia, Visual Art, or related field.

Skills & Abilities

• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies to enhance design efficiency and innovation.


• Proficient in graphic design and multimedia production, including photography, videography and the use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro and WordPress.


• Good project coordination and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with corporate identity and brand guidelines.


• Strong creative and conceptual thinking with the ability to develop impactful visual and multimedia solutions aligned with communication objectives.


• An eye for detail and accuracy


• Able to work independently and in a team


• Fun, friendly and dynamic

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

The candidate must have at least 5-7 years of experience in the related field is required for this position.
