Job Description:

Assist Group Reporting team in ensuring delivery of reports e.g. annual reports, statutory reports including audited financial statements and quarterly report and management reports.

 

Your responsibilities will be to:

1.  Prepare and submit the financial statements, quarterly report, management report, supporting schedules and all regulatory reports on time.

2. Timely preparation of Group consolidated financial statements and Annual Report for regulatory reporting in compliance with the listing requirement and any other regulatory bodies.

3.  Performs financial and variance analysis of the Group results monthly and ad hoc.

4. Coordinate and oversee the overall conduct of the audit exercise and liaise with internal and external auditors for the completion of the audit.

5. Compliance with statutory requirements and enforcing policies, guidelines and procedures.

6. Monitor the smooth running of the department's functions and ensure proper internal controls and systems is in place.

7.  Update with the latest applicable accounting standards and other developments in accounting.

8. Comply with all Acts, laws, articles of associations, rules and regulations pertaining to and/or affecting the Company’s business and be conversant with all statutory updates (where required) as may be introduced thereto.

9. To perform any other tasks as and when requested by Management from time to time.

 

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

  • Degree or Professional qualification in related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience with 3 years audit experience and consolidation is preferred.
  • Computer literate, competent in Ms Office applications especially in Ms Excel.
  • Meticulous and good analytical skills, committed with a strong sense of responsibility.
