Job Responsibilities:-
- Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies to support company's goals and objectives
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations
- Design and implement employee performance reward & retention strategies
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR needs and initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs during campaign and create an effective workforce plan.
- Liaise and work with recruitments channel and school in sourcing for talents.
- Manage and oversee staff claim, payroll processing and statutory payments (EPF, Socso, income tax).
- Lead and oversee Industrial and Employee Relations matters, including staff discipline, grievances if any;
- Manage and administer employee benefits, payroll, and performance evaluation systems
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Promote organisational programs/trainings/activities to foster a productive work environment.
- Review and enhance HR standard operating procedures (SOP), KPI setting and employee performance assessment systems, compensation and benefits policies, HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, safety regulations and industry standard.
- Leading certain HR driven events/activities & projects that drive talent & leadership development & cultural objectives forward.
- Other HR related projects and ad-hoc tasks instructed by Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations practices, and industry-specific regulations.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Independent and resourceful, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proficient in HR software (Autocount Cloud Payroll), payroll systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to start IMMEDIATELY will be added advantage.
