As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible to handle the full spectrum of payroll processing activities ensuring its timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with the regulations of local statutory bodies and managing and supporting the development and implementation of HR policies
Requirement:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Management
• Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Expertise in HR processes and procedures
• Understanding and experience in Employee Relations, Recruitment, retention, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits.
