Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a sales team, develop business plans to meet sales & revenue target & manage accruing expenses for the region.
• Meet student application & enrolment targets, together with promoting the organization’s presence throughout the assigned region(s) and / or countries.
• Develop sales coverage & marketing plans with forecast of the individual programs / products on the assigned region(s) & countries, based on historical data, market trend, competitor analysis & promotional strategies. This is taking into consideration operating costs & relevant sales activities / promotions / programs.
• Planning of events & activities based on the assigned region(s) & take lead in travelling to the countries in meeting the agents while conducting relevant activities with the aim of ensuring the return of investments for these overseas events are met.
• Recruit, maintain & expand the agent network within the assigned region(s).
• Increase business opportunities via multiple channels to market & lead source expansion.
• Consistently conduct & analyze market insights, competitor activities & update with relevant data to the reporting manager.
• Recruit, train & develop the sales team members with consistent sales coaching, supervision & mentoring.
• Cultivate solid relationships with major stakeholders both externally & internally in ensuring a continuous flow of sales revenue to the company.
• Identify, evaluate & resolve potential business gaps via strategic plans with emphasis on execution & tracking in ensuring plans are successfully rolled out.
• Prepare the relevant & necessary data & reports to update the management on the progress of business strategies.
