Job Purpose
Contributes to the overall prudential management of IT in meeting its financial performance metrics and operating efficiency in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
Major Accountabilities
- Establish workflows and controls for essential process management;
- Ensure conformance to prescribed governing principles and limits;
- Assist in the processing of IT procurement and sourcing;
- Ensure the timely and orderly processing of IT related accounting transactions especially payments;
- Performs the necessary expense accruals for continued adequacy of IT budget.
- Maintain an up-to-date library of IT assets of hardware/software including licenses.
- Ensure the orderly processing of IT vendor registration.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate Superior in order to meet business requirements.
Requirement:
- Minimum LCC Higher Certificate in Finance / Accountancy.
- At least 5 years of experience in the related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office especially advanced in Excel, supplemented by knowledge of accounting software.
- Good analytical skillsets and capability of processing/cross referencing considerable amount of data are essential.
