Assistant Manager, IT Project Management - Hiring Now

Job Responsibilities: - 

• Assist on running and deliver projects with agile approach within schedule, quality and budget.
• Deliver complete project documentation for audit purpose.
• Establish and maintain good working relationship with other IT functional areas to plan and prioritize change.
• Effectively assist managing tasks with internal and external resources
• Build close relationships with the business to identify opportunities and priorities, & facilitate key decisions.
• Perform hands on business and systems analysis work when needed
• Coach and mentor junior members of staff in project tasks.
• Have a solid understanding of the IT architecture and business processes as ‘trusted business advisor’.
• Adhere to vendor management processes/procedures and contribute to vendor scorecard.
• Awareness of local and Group IT roadmaps and standards to help shape solution options.
• Compliance and align with the company and department strategy.
• Open for any ad hoc project tasks and direct instruction from supervisor.

Job Requirements: - 

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Project Management or any related field is required for this position.
• Required skill(s): Good in verbal communication, delegator and mediator.
• Preferably understand the retail business processes.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
