Assistant Manager, IT (Software Developer) - Rapid Progression

Position Overview

Learn, understand, and evaluate business procedures to provide a software-based solution to increase productivity and efficiency to existing procedures. Develop, test, debug, maintain and enhance in-house mobile application and implement sustainable development architecture, explore new and emerging technology. Implement any purchased software systems, enhancement to existing software systems, modification to existing procedures.

Job Description

IT Documentation

• Write and maintain IT software specification and technical documentation.

Software Development

• Understand and study user requirements and develop the programs and systems.
• Test and debug the programs and systems.
• Maintain and enhance the programs and systems.
• Develop and maintain the necessary programs and systems that required to integrate with the web systems, such as executable program, API, interface and mobile apps.
• Ensure the programs and systems are working properly and free-of-error and bug.
• Ensure given tasks and projects complete within timeline and produce the correct result and outcome.
• Mobile apps knowledge is advantage

Academic Education 

• At least diploma/advanced/higher/graduate diploma, Bachelor of Degree/Post graduate diploma/professional degree in computer science/information system engineering or equivalent.

Professional Experience 

• At least 5 year’s experience in related field

Technical & Management Skills 

• Flutter, Android Studio(Java), Xamarin, C#, VB, MSSQL, Javascript, HTML
• Knowledge in Restful API, sqlite will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Integrate app with backend system and APIs.
• Highly proficient in using Git as version control system.

Personal & Interpersonal skills 

• Self-motivated, able to multitask and able to work independently as well as being a good team player.
• Open-minded and willing to accept all kinds of challenges.
