Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Manager, Learning and Development

We are seeking an experienced and preferably certified Learning and Development Asst.Manager to join our dynamic organization. The role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees across all levels. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in developing strategies to support our ongoing learning growth and success in the ever-changing property development industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of training methodologies and succession planning

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create a comprehensive training plan.
  • Develop and deliver engaging training programs for new hires, current employees, and leaders at all levels.
  • Utilize a variety of training methodologies, including in-person workshops, online modules, and hands-on learning experiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by conducting regular assessments and gathering feedback from participants.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure training programs align with current market demands.
  • Work with Business HR on succession planning
  • Provide coaching and feedback to employees to continue their professional development and support their career growth.
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors/Consultants, Govt Body such as HRD Corp, Ministry of Human Resources and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services.
  • Supervise Executive to ensure no gap in the training operations on implementation and execution of the training programs including new hire inductions

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in human resources development or any training/learning and development related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training, learning and development, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of successfully creating and implementing training programs that drive employee performance and organizational growth.
  • Proven successfully completed succession planning exercise
  • Exceptional leadership and managerial skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Proficient in using training software and learning management systems.
  • Willing to be based in Phileo Damansara with the expectation to travel to business locations if required only
