Assistant Manager - Logistics & Warehouse - Urgent Hiring

Job Responsibilities:

• To handle problem solving skills, costing preparation and manage the department’s daily operations.
• To manage and supervise multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• To handle outgoing / incoming goods.
• To supervise and arrange shipping and land transportation, tracking & expediting of all shipments.
• To liaise with Courier Companies, Custom Clearance Agent & Freight Forwarders / Customers on all import / export of goods.
• To monitor the status of the shipment and shipment tracking report.
• To monitor flow of logistics: delivery pick-up, receiving and dispatching.
• To supervise pick and pack goods for delivery shipment.
• To ensure quality check and product verification before delivery.
• To co-ordinate and provide logistics support to operation in the Klang Valley.
• To carry out month stock check.
• To provide general administrative duties, including coordination between inter-departments.
• To supervise and manage a team of minimum 8 staff for the daily operations abovementioned.
• To undertake any job scope assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification - Degree holder.
• At least 3 years working experience in the logistics/related field is required for this position.
• With knowledge of UBS Software, MS Excel and MS Work.
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
