Assistant Manager, Marketing & Communication (Business Intelligence & Reporting)

​Responsible to create computer systems and data visualization solutions to improve business processes. This role will include tasks such as generating Tableau dashboard reports, creating business intelligence reports and visualizations, and work with business users.

• Design, develop, conducts unit testing, and maintains complex Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.

• Provide technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation.

• Determine the best implementation that will meet the design of the architect.

• Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team.

• Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations.

• Resolve support tickets related to Tableau reports.

• Good understanding of design and architecture principles.

• Ability to understand and drive business strategy

• Ability to communicate to all levels and simplify complex analyses in simple business languages.

• Strong analytic skills, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  
   

Education/ Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics ,Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or any related field.
• Experience in banking industries is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Proficient in SQL and Tableau.
• 3 years of experience in data analysis and BI visualization.
