We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Assistant Manager Mobile Sales, Johor Bahru

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all the sales activities at Mobile Sales and to manage the sales force, in order to achieve the assigned team targets
  • Contributing towards the Mobile Sales bottom line, whilst maintaining his/her own selling/cross-selling skills in order to confidently coach and counsel members of the sales team.
  • Develops sales plans which are corresponds to Wealth and Personal Banking business and ensures effective implementation of business strategies to maximize profitability and attainment of strategic and operating objectives
  • Undertake product sales using EDRAS based sales process to discover and manage customer needs
  • Ensure delivery of a consistently excellent customer experience
  • Implement Group mandates on risk management and regulatory compliance
  • Actively refer Premier and Wealth opportunities to branches etc based on customer need
  • Requirements
  • Minimum Degree qualification in any field
  • At least 2 to 5 years of experience in a financial institution with relevant experience in managing a sales team
  • Good knowledge and experience in Retail Banking Products (ie Mortgages, Cards, Balance Build & Personal Loans)
  • At least 1 to 2 years in a sales leadership role managing sales team performance with experience in providing a high service standard.
  • Strong problems solving skills is key to the role.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to make independent decisions with minimal supervision.
  • Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation needed will be prioritized.
