Job description

• Minimum knowledge of food nutrition
• Minimum knowledge of Sake, Shochu and Wines 
• keep 
• Provides a high standard of services to welcome guests
• Be able to introduce Japanese food culture, a typical and traditional Japanese cuisine,  nouvelle cuisine, fusion cuisine etc
• Supervise entire service staff including wait person and janitorial staff
• Train and instruct staff day to day basis in order to keep restaurant and toilet clean to maintain highest standard services
• Keep up public health, food hygiene to ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Work together with Executive Chef and Manager with highest class of Japanese service standard
• Continue efforts to ensure the restaurant to be highest grade

Requirement

• ONLY Malaysian Citizen
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
• Knowledge of food service operations, and have positive working attitude
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in fine dining restaurant will be considered as priority
• Service oriented team player with good interpersonal relationship with colleagues and customers.
• Passionate, efficient, honest, friendly and good smile.
• Active listening and effective communication competencies.
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
• Able to communicate in English, basic Japanese will be bonus
