As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, including productivity, service levels, on-time delivery, and resource utilization.
Develop and maintain Looker dashboards, reports, and analytics using SQL and other BI tools.
Identify performance gaps and provide data-driven insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Analyze manpower utilization, workforce productivity, and resource allocation to improve operational efficiency.
Collect, validate, and analyze operational data from multiple systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for management review.
Facilitate performance review meetings and communicate key findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, HR, and Finance teams to drive performance improvement initiatives and business objectives.

Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, operations planning, performance management, resource planning, or business analytics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Advanced proficiency in SQL, Looker, and data visualization tools.
Knowledge of logistics operations, workforce planning, and performance management methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
