BAT DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS IS LOOKING FOR AN ASSISTANT MANAGER - PROCURE TO PAY

The main responsibility for this position is to support P2P Manager and oversee the operationaltask of scanning and invoice processing work . There will also be a focus on driving the simplification of ways of working linked to continuous improvement and automation opportunities.

SALARY RANGE: Starting from RM7,400 + Excellent Benefits + Annual Bonus
LOCATION: Sunway Geo Tower, Bandar Sunway

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to: Manager – Procure To Pay

Reporting Level: Management

Geographic Scope: Asia Pacific Middle East, Africa

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Transaction Processing

• Monitor, manage and improve service levels
• Review and analyze Key Performance Indicator to drive sustainable improvement

Process Excellence

• Perform new process implementations
• Maintenance of BAT P2P general policies & procedures
• Supervising performance measures/key performance indicators
• Participate in continuous improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness
• Ensure internal controls programs are adhered to
• Comply with accounting principles, GBS standards and SLAs

Financial Management, Budgeting and Reporting

• Assist P2P Manager / Assistant Manager in compiling inputs to key business and financial management processes and measures

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• At least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting/Finance or similar qualifications (e.g. ACCA / CPA)
• Equipped with minimum 3 years ofprior related job experience required in a similar position
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook,SAP FI/CO module is an added advantage
• Good understanding and knowledge of SAP is required
• Knowledge of expenditure cycle and rules (e.g. purchase orders, invoices, credit/debit notes, payment terms etc.)
• Knowledge of the treasury function and rules (e.g. bank statements, cash operations etc.)
• Knowledge of the inter-company recharge principles and rules
• Knowledge of P2P PDD and end to end process.
• Ability to adhere all Internal Controls
• Knowledge of general accounting concepts, rules and requirements. Sufficient level of knowledge to perform complex accounting activities as appropriate.
