Job Description
- To assist Manager on handling all design concept in related to interfacing scopes including design brief, space planning & detailing.
- Coordinate with relevant authorities in order to get the development order / building plan approve & endorsement.
- Ensuring target are met, get involved where required and monitor deliverables thru regular meetings with Project stakeholders.
- To assist in the tendering processes / exercise with Contract unit.
- Work closely with project stakeholders during implementation stage.
- Undertake other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager.
Job Requirement
- Possess a Degree in Civil or Degree in Architectural with minimum 8 years relevant experience in design consultancy or property development.
- Solid technical knowledge in design and property development.
- Good communication skills with project stakeholder which include relevant authorities.
- Solid understanding on UBBL.
- Knowledge in ACAD, BIM & MS Project.
- Proactive and ability to work in face paced environment and in meeting tight deadline.
