Assistant Manager, Recruitment - Competitive Pay

Job Purpose

Assist and involve in all aspects of exempt and non-exempt recruitment process.

Key Accountabilities

• Proactively support the recruitment process and Company’s manpower requirements at all times.
• Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites, and on relevant social media platforms.
• Source and recruit candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings and conducting reference checks as needed.
• Update and manage relevant recruitment trackers and resume banks.
• Participate in career fairs and recruitment drives and initiatives when required
• Process invoices and new supplier registration relating to recruitment and other approved recruitment-related vendors i.e pre-employment medical providers etc
• Prepare recruitment related report as required by superior & management.
• Monitor the New Hires On-boarding process & improve as and when is necessary.
• Other assignment that assigned by superior on ad-hoc basis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Preferably Senior Executive / Assistant Manager specialized in Recruitment. At least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Previous experience of working within a high-volume recruitment environment / recruitment agency would be beneficial.
• Growth mindset and solution oriented.
• Solid track record of building positive relationships with hiring managers at all levels and making successful placements
