Recruitment Manager

 

Due to our current expansion, we would like to invite candidates who are passionate about identifying and placing qualified candidates in their desired roles to be part of our family. We are a well-established organization that has been in the retail industry for the past 42 years. 

 

  • Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and onboarding qualified candidates based on retail shops' business needs and requirements in achieving the goals set for the retail shops.
  • Identifies passive and sales-driven candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources such as job boards, social media, resume databases, and referrals communicates and coordinates recruitment advertising.
  • Identifying, building relationships, and networking with the best candidates in the market whilst managing their career search and personal aspirations.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
  • Prepares recruitment report as required.

 

 Job Requirement

  • Understand the goals of the retail shops, and align our people to these objectives by setting clear priorities and direction.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
  • At least 5 years (s) of working experience in the retail field.
  • Preferably Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available
