Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Manager, Referral Network Development

Product Management & Development (Marketing & Communications)

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, developing new business via referrals that cover any clinical referral potential partners.

Job Scope

  • Develop marketing plans and strategies for the company, related to any clinical referral potential partners.
  • Manage the sales and marketing activities to achieve the Company's sales targets and objectives
  • Manage and develop existing accounts and target new business accounts
  • Organise and manage on-site visits to any clinical referral potential partners.
  • Report and provide constant feedback and update on the healthcare market and customers needs to Head of Department for the development of new services and effective sales and marketing strategies; potentially reach to the CEO/Director of the company if need be.
  • Analyse potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing
  • Participate in pricing the hospitals services.
  • Prepare quotations and financial paperwork related to the position and services.
  • Prepare relevant sales and marketing reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc.
  • Create value-added services for customers.
  • Build good and long-term rapport with customers.
  • Manage your team members.
  • Undertake other duties as assigned by the HOD and/or Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Sales/Marketing/Business Development within the Healthcare industry with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Creation of pitch decks for potential sponsors.
  • Self-motivated, team player 3 customer-centric.
  • Sales-oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
