Assistant Manager, Retail Operation

Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products)

The incumbent is responsible for retail visibility planning, development and implementation in Brand Stores. Solid understanding of analysis and financial management. Strong communication and proactive problem-solving abilities to address issues and implement improvement. 

Store performance & ROI evaluation

• Monitor and review store sell-out performance for ROI evaluation on a monthly basis 
• Propose action plans to continuously improve and enhance all areas of in-store marketing
• Lead, motivate and coach PC to understand and analyze store sales and performance on KPIs
• Develop retail display solutions for all new product launches with the aim to generate high product visibility leading to sell-out
• Provide merchandising guide for each product line-up and update planogram to include new products by indicating live demo units 
• Plan relevant Point-of-Sale materials and set display guide 
• Communicate and coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Sales & Retail Operation) on detailed plans and see through execution
• Support budget planning and financial management to achieve profitability target 

Retail Operation

• Regular engagement with cross-functional teams namely Product Marketing, Sales & Retail Operation to ensure all retail work aspects are aligned to overall execution strategies and plans. 
• Build strong shoppers and dealers’ understanding to facilitate ideations for store design concept development and enhancement planning and roll-out
• Managing monthly Brand Store budget accrual and managing program communication to dealer.
• Regularly check in with Team Leads to review performance, documenting the discussion, action plans and progress against actions. 

Job Requirements

• Degree holder Marketing / Business Administrative / Commerce / Law / Communication/ Design / Interior design / Architecture
• Minimum 5 years relevant work experience 
• Willing to travel within the country and out of the country (min 30% traveling time)
• Creative and innovative, Excellent communication and presentation skills, detailed person
