Job Description
- Coordinates, maintains, and implements safety, health and environmental programs and procedures with the aim of eliminating incidents, preventing property loss and damage, and preventing harm to the employees and the environment.
- Assist Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) management to develop and manage SHE team, deliver SHE programs, education and awareness.
- Maintain latest update of SHE risks register and procedures.
- Ensure adequate SHE compliance audits conducted (to achieve 100% SHE legal compliance with no penalties from authorities).
- Plan SHE committee meetings carried out and effective coordination with all department heads and person in charge for Proton Shah Alam.
- Ensure compliance with the occupational Safety & Health Act (OSHA) 1994, environmental Quality Act and Occupational Health and other related regulations.
- Facilitate and investigate all industrial accidents and near misses to prevent recurrences.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Safety, Health & Environment or Engineering
- 5-7 Years in Safety, Health & Environment leadership roles.
