Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing

• Promote and cultivate interest in the Company's products and solutions, actively seeking new leads.
  
• Convert potential leads into valued customers through various methods, including cold calls, in-person visits, digital marketing, and more.
  
• Strategize and execute effective sales and marketing plans to meet established goals and targets.
  
• Manage the entire sales process, encompassing prospecting, presentations, quotations, negotiations, and successful closures.
  
• Prepare and maintain detailed sales reports.
  
• Develop a structured customer contact plan, identifying opportunities for expansion and growth.
  
• Seek out and assess new customer prospects to drive business growth.
  
• Undertake any additional responsibilities as assigned periodically.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field. 
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience is mandatory for this role.
  
• Demonstrates a strong focus on achieving results.
  
• Exhibits excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  
• Must have access to personal transportation and be open to travel.
  
• Proficiency in verbal and written English is essential, with proficiency in Mandarin as an additional advantage.
