Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Manager, Sales & Marketing

Role Summary

Supports the sales and marketing team in executing day-to-day operations, including lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and campaign coordination. This role assists in market research, sales reporting, and organizing property viewings or events. The Assistant Manager works under the guidance of senior leaders to ensure smooth sales processes, maintain CRM databases, and contribute to achieving team targets.

  • Strong analytical skills for market and sales performance evaluation.

  • Ability to collaborate across teams to enhance sales and branding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure sales targets are met for assigned projects.

  • Manage customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales process.

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including digital and outdoor advertising.

  • Analyse sales data and provide insights for strategic improvements.

Core Competencies

  • Sales Coordination & Lead Follow-Up – Support the sales team in lead tracking, enquiry handling, and customer engagement.

  • Event & Launch Support – Help plan and execute project launches, roadshows, and marketing events.

  • Market & Customer Insight Gathering – Collect and summarize market data, customer feedback, and competitor activity.

  • CRM Data Entry & Maintenance – Maintain lead databases, updates customer profiles, and generates basic reports.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.

  • Additional training or certification in digital marketing, branding, or real estate marketing is an added advantage.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in property sales and marketing or related industries.

  • Hands-on experience in supporting property project launches, marketing events, and customer engagement activities.

  • Good project coordination and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with internal teams, agencies, and customers.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage timelines and resources effectively.

  • Team player with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
