Assistant Manager - Sales/BD - Career Growth Potential

Job Description: 

• Sales Targets - Ensure attainment of territory sales targets and other established KPIs.
• Customer Service - Address customer inquiries, manage order processing, and effectively resolve issues to deliver exceptional service.
• Business Development - Drive expansion efforts across channels and customer base.
• Market Analysis - Monitor competitor activity and market trends to make informed strategic decisions.
• Team Management: Lead and support a team of sales executives
• Brand Promotion: Engage brand-related activities to enhance visibility and awareness.
• Other Tasks: Undertake additional duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in business administration or related field preferred
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field with proficiency in sales management and strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with relevant industry trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 1pm
