Job responsibilities:

• Designing and launching campaigns for ETB/ NTB customers and sales staff. Continuously monitoring and reporting on the campaign results and implement improvements where necessary. 
• Help with the implementation, tracking and gift fulfillment of sales campaigns. 
• Performing campaign analysis and evaluation of existing campaigns. 
• Execute customized concept and segment activations in close collaboration with sales, business development, lead generation as well as development of sales supportive tools. 
• Develop and execute relationship management activities in close cooperation with sales to build and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty (I.e.: To increase customer stickiness via multiple products holding as well as wallet sizing initiatives). 
• Internal reporting of overall segment development sales performance and progress update to senior management
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Job requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and relevant working experience in the financial industry.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking with sufficient knowledge in the relevant business.
• Preferably with marketing background.
• Good in MS Excel and ability to apply relevant formulas for data analysis.
• Proven track record in project management, execution through sales channel, as well as development of marketing activation and campaigns.
• Good in MS Power Point and presentation skill.
• Positive attitude with high level of energy and urgency in executing tasks.
• Good communication skills and ability to work successfully with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
