Wellous an e-Commerce company is looking to hire an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition & Development. The Organization has a dynamic high performance yet fun culture and is expanding fast into different countries within the ASEAN region. We are looking for a competent, out-of-the-box thinker who has experience in Talent Acquisition to help the organization seek the best incumbents to support our business growth.

 

Purpose of role

Responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development process to ensure we have the right caliber employees to support business growth and succession planning.

 

Key Result Areas

  • Building potential employee database through business networks, sourcing channels, engaging with recruitment agencies and the usage of internal employee referral programs to ensure there is a pipe-line of high caliber candidates to support growth and fill vacancies when needed.
  • Develop Talent Acquisition strategies based on the organization’s growth plans and business needs through development and use of competency frameworks.
  • Work with internal leaders and HODs to understand and guide their hiring requirements to ensure the right fit candidates are identified to support the business requirements in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for all spectrum of the recruitment process such as screening and evaluating job application, sourcing, job advertising, interviewing and employment contract to select the right candidates through cost efficient methods.
  • Drive recruitment activities, for instance, job fairs, open house and career expo.
  • Manage administrative works relevant to the recruitment process.
