ASSISTANT MANAGER/MANAGER, FINANCE (GROUP CONSOLIDATION)

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager/Manager, Finance to oversee all aspects of our company's financial management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and strategic planning, with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. 

The candidate will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, providing strategic financial guidance to senior management, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. We are looking for candidates who have experience in handling multiple company consolidation.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To assist the Group Financial Controller in managing and overseeing the daily operations of accounting department.
• Manage and handle full set of account and ensure timely (submission monthly, quarterly and yearly basis).
• Manage few realted companies.
• Prepare summary of current financial status and provide balance sheet, statement of profit and loss.
• Perform day-to-day functions which include checking and monitoring whole account function.
• Liaise with external parties i.e banker, auditors, tax consultants, company secretary and other external parties.
• Prepare pro-forma invoice, tax invoices and supporting documents to clients.
• Liaise with tax agent on any tax related issues.
• Compile and prepare document for loan draw down.
• Ensure cash book entries up-to-date and accurate.
• To handle management report for account, budget and forecast.
• To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on group consolidation and financial reporting, in the role of Assistant Manager/Manager.
• Have experienced in Hospitality Industry.
