About the role…
ALP, an innovative firm specializing in logistic property development, is seeking an Assistant Marcom Manager to support our marketing and public relations activities in Malaysia and work closely with the local and headquarters teams to execute a cohesive and effective marketing and communications strategy.
The Assistant Marcom Manager is responsible for assisting planning and execution of various marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, client engagement, and increase company exposure through both traditional and digital marketing channels.
What you will do…
- Coordinate with external agencies to monitor SEO performance and Google Ads campaigns, analyzing web traffic and user engagement to optimize strategies.
- Review and prepare external communication materials including joint marketing activities, press releases, social media content, and promotional videos to ensure consistency and alignment with company standards.
- Oversee the production of marketing materials such as flyers, corporate gifts, folders, uniforms, and personal protective equipment.
- Identify and secure speaking opportunities at exhibitions and conferences through coordination with event organizers and acceptance of invitations from partners.
- Assist in planning and organizing external events and media, ensuring they align with marketing strategies.
- Assist in planning and organizing internal events, ensuring they align with corporate goals and culture.
- Assist in arranging visits for domestic and international guests including site tours, accommodation, and transport, coordinating with internal departments to ensure a seamless experience.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by the management.

What skills are required…

- At least 5 years of working experience in PR/Media Agency or Digital Marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English, Malay, and Mandarin
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies including SEO and Google Ads
- Organizational and project management skills
- Experience in leveraging data and insights to inform strategies and optimize business opportunities
